Danielle Gibson, MD

Hello, my name is Dani Gibson, and I am currently one of the Administrative Fellows. I’m happy to be completing a two-year fellowship that is combined with earning my MBA. I finished my four-year residency in 2025 at Yale New Haven Hospital, where I served on multiple committees focused on leadership, inclusiveness, and the resident experience. 

Prior to residency, I completed my medical school training at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. I’m originally from Los Angeles, California, and grew up in the neighborhoods of Watts and Cerritos. After spending some rewarding years in the Midwest and Northeast, I’m excited to be back home in Southern California.
