- I competed in Taekwondo for 15 years (2002-2017) and am a World TKD Federation Kukkiwon Certified 1st dan Black Belt.

- I love playing the guitar, as it provides me balance and gives me a creative outlet.

- I am an avid runner when the opportunity presents itself and partake in short runs to longer distances.

- I enjoy hiking and have found that rural areas hold some of the most beautiful sceneries and hikes.
