Anh "Annie" Hoang, MD

Hello, my name is Annie Hoang, and I am an emergency medicine physician and a postdoctoral fellow in the National Clinician Scholars Program at UCLA, where I also completed my residency. I am also a Climate and Health Science Policy Fellow at the University of Colorado. My work focuses on advancing health equity in the built environment, particularly around environmental and occupational exposures and climate resilience.

I earned my medical degree from UCSF, where I participated in the Program in Medical Education for the Urban Underserved (PRIME-US), a five-year track that prepares physicians to serve under-resourced communities. I hold an MPH in health policy from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a BS in molecular biology from Yale. I'm originally from Jersey City, New Jersey.
