Jimin Koo

Jimin is a third-year Neuroscience Major and Disability Studies Minor at UCLA. She joined EMRA in Spring 2024 and became a coordinator in Winter 2026. Within EMRA, she has been involved in the Health Literacy and Outreach, Mentorship, and New Member Training committees. She is the study head for the Fentalog II study, helps lead the Health Literacy and Outreach committee, and has made EMRA merch and stickers! Outside of EMRA, Jimin is in a neuroradiology lab, plays violin in UCLA’s Philharmonia orchestra, and leads food recoveries at Bruin Dine. In her free time, she enjoys trying new bakeries, scrapbooking, and watching movies in theater.
