Interests

I love playing and watching tennis, having played competitively in high school. I was lucky enough to attend the US Open finals last year in NYC and I’d love to visit every Grand Slam one day. My next biggest interest is cars, which has been a passion of mine since I was in middle school. I am enthralled by how engineering and design come together to make unique experiences. I have spent hours at the LA Auto Show and at Cars and Coffee meetups. I also follow Formula 1 racing religiously.

Why did you choose UCLA for Residency?

The people I met - even virtually - were incredibly warm, inviting, and passionate about medicine and life. With the Ronald-Reagan and Olive-View sites, its the perfect 50/50 blend academic and county. Lastly, its great to return home to Southern California with the warm weather and fantastic beaches.

What is your favorite place to visit/thing(s) to do in/memory from living in LA? If you have never lived here before, what are you most excited about?

I’m excited to try all the delicious food, explore the diverse neighborhoods of LA, and spend time on the beach!

What do you do in your free time? What hobbies do you have?

Tennis, skiing, anything with cars, spending time with friends and family

What are your areas of interest within EM or future career plans?

I’m interested in building new technologies and systems to deliver healthcare thats innovative and equitable.

Any hidden talent(s)?

If I told you, it wouldn’t be hidden.
